On behalf of family courts I provide an expert psychological evaluation of cases relating to:
- custody and visitation rights (§ 1671, 1684, 1685, 1909 BGB*)
- Endangerment of the child’s well-being (§1666 BGB)
- Protected placement of children in youth welfare system (§ 1631b BGB)
- Return of the children who have been removed from their family at an earlier point in time (§1632 BGB)
I am certified as a systemic solution-oriented expert in the context of family court proceedings by the SDB e.V. This means that I strive for consensual solutions in family court proceedings and I try to work them out with the participants of each family system involved.
My understanding of an expert evaluation is based on a holistic and dynamic view of the family. The expert reports I produce are clearly structured and formulated in a way that is comprehensible to all parties involved. They also fulfill the professional requirements for the quality of expert evaluations in child and family law (www.bmjv.de).
